I don't know about you, but my make up routine completely changes when the days get shorter and the temperature drops
Not only do I pile on the moisturiser I tend to find I wear more on the lips and less on the eyes. I think this is probably the opposite of what EVERYONE else does, but you know me I'm a strange one!
I love a pale face in Winter, I always dye my hair a few shades darker and I think I'll always be a pale face dark hair kind of girl

Eyes: MAC Brule and L'oreal Voluminous (yes, really just the two products)
Lips: Topshop Lip and Cheek Tint

I've been doing the exact same thing, my eyeliners have been languishing in my make-up bag since it started getting cold! Mascara and a berry lip is my winter look at the moment :) x

I;d love to be able to rock a pale face, as I have dark hair too, but I just feel like I look ill, as well as thinking it makes my face look bigger? Is this wierd, lol!

ReplyDeleteAw I love your winter face, it's so fresh! My face doesn't really change, I think in winter like you I just tend to embrace the paleness a bit more and probably wear even more eyeliner. I never usually change my hair much either, but I'm dying it from red to dark brown/light brown ombre ala Shenae Grimes' season 3 hair (Annie-90210) and cannot wait for the change :) Your hair is always so perfect!

I love the paler look in winter too! bit more difficult for me seeing as i'm olive skinned but I also dye my hair darker in winter and i always seem to cut my hair shorter in the winter... just doesn't make any sense whatsoever as it would make me feel colder! Oh welll haha :D xxx
